Charles has over 20 years of experience in grappling sports, predominantly Judo. He leads our children’s and Judo programmes with a strong focus on core fundamentals, ensuring sessions are accessible and beneficial for all abilities.

Henry has been practising Judo for over 20 years, with experience competing both in the UK and abroad. As a qualified teacher, he brings a calm, structured approach to coaching, supporting both junior and senior players in developing strong fundamentals and confidence on the mat.

Eleni Kite
El has over 10 years of experience across combat sports, with strong knowledge of both grappling and striking. As one of our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu coaches, she brings a broad, well-rounded understanding of combat to her teaching on the mat.

Dea is one of our Junior Judo Coaches and a valued member of the team. With previous competitive experience, she brings strong technical knowledge and a supportive coaching style, and is a fantastic role model for the young girls at our club.

Dan is one of our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Gi coaches and leads the majority of our Gi fundamentals classes. Known for his deep technical knowledge and clear teaching style, Dan is an exceptional coach for those building strong foundations in Jiu-Jitsu.
