What is it?

Finding Your Feet is a gentle, confidence-building class for older adults designed to improve balance, coordination, and strength. Led by qualified British Judo Association coaches, each session helps you move more freely, stay active, and build stability for everyday life. The exercises are low-impact, enjoyable, and suitable for all abilities. You’ll gain confidence in your movement, meet friendly people, and keep your body feeling strong and steady. No experience needed!
